About Rosie & Rob
Private chef in Mallorca
Rosie Flaherty
Rosie has always loved cooking and had a passion for great food. After gaining a Cordon Bleu Diploma, Rosie worked across Europe from yachts in Monaco to Michelin starred restaurants in London and Copenhagen including Noma.
During the winter, Rosie cooks in the Alps on a freelance basis after 4 years as Head chef at the luxury Chalet Artemis in St Anton am Arlberg in the Austrian alps.
Rob Daley
Rob loves being a private chef in Pollensa and is inspired by the fresh produce available on the island of Mallorca. Rob has cooked in kitchens all over UK, Australia & Europe before settling in Pollensa in the north of Mallorca.
Rob has extensive experience working in the luxury travel industry as Chalet Manager at the exclusive luxury Chalet Artemis & the Executive chef for Scott Dunn for 10 years

Our food is based on classic Mediterranean cooking using the finest produce available each day at the market & local shops.
Lunches
Lunches will be light, healthy and vibrant. Focused on fresh fish or local meat served with seasonal vegetables from Mallorca.
Evenings
Your private chef will discuss your menu with you – most guests prefer canapés followed by a starter, main course & dessert.

Each spring we taste lots of wines to pair with our food and offer to our guests. Whether you want white, rosé, red or sparkling, we know what’s at its’ best.
